At Perfector.store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds and returns under the following conditions:

Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
